Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

Returns


Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of Purchase is required. 


Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service via the Contact Us page on our website. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.


Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, perishable goods, personal care items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.


​ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us immediately upon receipt.  

Refunds


Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.


Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.


Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations


Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. To cancel, please email us at marlechshopping@gmail.com. After this, orders may have been shipped and cannot be cancelled.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 3 Business Days.


Post-Shipping Cancellations:  If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return upon receipt.

Exchanges


Process: To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. ​


Conditions: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.


Size Mismatch / Exchanges

  • If the size of your product does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (If Any), unless the wrong size was shipped by Marlech.
  • To ensure the correct size, please check our complete Size Chart before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Reporting: Inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
