Returns and Refunds
- Returns are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Customers must initiate a return request via the Contact Us page.
- Refunds will be processed only if the returned product matches the original product and is in its original condition.
- Once verified, refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days.

Sizing and Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for checking the size chart before placing an order.
- Exchanges for size mismatch are allowed only if the item is returned in its original, unused condition within 7 days.
- Marlech reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by emailing marlechshopping@gmail.com.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded in full within 2–3 business days.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; the Returns Policy will apply.

Force Majeure / Delays
Marlech is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Custom T-Shirt Designs
- Users may not upload explicit, illegal, or inappropriate images/media on the Custom T-shirt Page or via the Contact Us page. Violation may result in legal action.
- All communication regarding custom designs will be conducted via Email or WhatsApp only.
- Marlech reserves the right to reject any design submitted for production.
- Users retain ownership of their submitted designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Customer data is strictly protected and is not sold or outsourced.
Customer data is shared only between Marlech and the user/customer.
